Rayne (Natassia Malthe) se verá forza a luchar contra los nazis en la Europa de la II Guerra Mundial, encontrándose cara a cara con Ekart Brand (Michael Paré), un líder nazi que intentará inyectarle a Hitler la sangre de Rayne. De esta forma, convertiría a su líder en un dhampir, es decir, un inmortal. Tercera y última película de la saga "Bloodrayne", basada en una serie de videojuegos homónima.
